We strive to ship out every order just as soon as humanly possible. This typically translates to 1-3 business days in most cases. In the event we have a large volume of orders on a particular item and we run out of stock this may create an additional delay.
We will try to notify you via phone or email if there is a problem with your order, at any time you can email or call us to get an update on the status of your order!
Return Policy:
If for any reason there is a problem with your order or you wish to make a return please contact us via email sales@whoolie.com or by phone 704-202-4527 so that we can address the issue and come to a resolution.
Returned items must be issued an RMA# from our staff.
Returned items must be returned in new, un-used condition.
Some items may have a restocking fee on them so please contact us in the event of a return
International Customers
The Whoolie Shop gladly extends our tech support and product lines to international customers, wherever you happen to be in the world.
Shipping prices posted on our website or shown in paypals checkout pages are generally geared toward our US based customers and often times shipping methods that are economical here in the USA may be cost prohibitive or unavailable when applied to an international shipment.
There are several different options available when shipping products internationally, such as DHL, UPS, USPS and FEDEX. Each of these companies have different rates and shipment times. We will happily explore all options when dealing with an international shipment and work to get you the lowest shipping cost and quickest delivery time.
Items such as winches, Audio Tubes and large LED light bars are heavy and or bulky; shipping on these items can get expensive. If you would like to get a shipping quote before you check out please email us at sales@whoolie.com and we will happily handle the sale and shipment of your item(s) directly in a single transaction... If you go ahead and check-out on the website additional shipping fees may be required before your item can ship.
